Macaroni with iberico chorizo and cabernet sauvignon from Can Feliu

 

Macaroni with Iberico Chorizo Mariscal & Sarroca

Here we are with the ingredients for 4 persons:Aceite oliva extra virgin

– 500 gr macaroni

– Salt.

– Extra virgin olive oil by Mariscal & Sarroca.

– 200 gr  Ibérico  Chorizo by Mariscal & Sarroca.

– 250 gr crushed tomatoes.

 

1. Use a pot with water to boil, when boiling, add the penne.

2. Let it simmer for 7/8 minutes. Add two olive oil spoons.

3. Cool the penne down, drain the water.

4. Cut the chorizo to slices and take out the skin-casing.

5. Fry the chorizo into the hot oil lightly for two minutes.

6. Prepare the dishes with the penne and add first the tomato and after, the chorizo.

7. Add some grated cheese if you like it.
