How to best enjoy the taste iberico jam out of the vacuum pack?

Nutritional values of IBERICO JAMON (ham) are unaffected whether you carve it from the whole leg or eat it out of a vacuum pack. To get the best taste out of your sliced vacuum packed ham, it should be eaten at a temperature of around 20º to 22º C, when the marbled fat starts to become softer and the flavours are more intense.

In order not to alter its great taste, Iberico ham should not be frozen, and neither kept in the coldest part of your fridge. It is best kept in the vegetable section of your fridge, and then taken out about ½ h before consumption. Leave it at room temperature during that time, and while the pack is still unopened, run it under warm water from the tap. Carefully open the plastic seal pack. It should now be very easy to separate each slice without tearing them. Leave it to ‘breath’ for a further 20 minutes.
