MARISCAL & SARROCA AT THE LONDON SPECIALITY & FINE FOOD FAIR
Mariscal & Sarroca is going to be at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair that takes place in London on 7th – 9th September 2014. This will be the 15th edition of this fair that showcases the most exclusive gourmet products from around the world. The fair also includes the unique Speciality Chocolate Fair, the only one of its kind in the UK.
The event takes place over three days in Olympia, a very central location in London, between Kensington and Hammersmith. Not only the visitor can sample some of the best gourmet produce in the world, but also enjoy live cooking demonstrations carried out by famous chefs.
The fair is the perfect opportunity to introduce Mariscal & Sarroca products in the UK. The gourmet sector in the UK has witnessed an impressive growth over the last few years, and Spanish products make up a significant percentage of this growth. The food sector is mostly in the hands of a few large food chains, but consumers in the UK are very aware of health and environmental issues, making organic and artisan products that respect tradition and the environment more popular.
