Serranito, a very authentic tapa from Seville

Seville is a very well-known city, famous for its monuments and relaxed lifestyle, appreciated by locals and tourists alike. There are two highlights in the calendar of the city, one is Easter, when religious parades take over the city streets, and the Feria in April, a whole week of events, with everyone dressed in their flamenco outfits and dancing and celebrating around the exhibition site.

The good weather we enjoy all year round allows for life to take place outdoors. People in Seville love spending time in the hundreds of bars that the city has. Tapas, small plates of food, are a favourite with everyone. One of the most traditional ones in the city is the ‘Serranito’.
