Pure Sheep’s cheese with Slightly spicy tomato jam with a hint of whisky sandwich

Ingredients

Albarracin Etiqueta Negra Bubub mermelada tomate whisky

 

 

150 g Pure Sheep’s Cheese Black Label Sierra Albarracin, thinly sliced

40 g  Slightly spicy tomato jam with a hint of whisky Bubub

4 sandwiches (bread)

4 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mariscal&Sarroca

A handful of baby cos lettuce leaves

Add a tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mariscal & Sarroca over the thick bread (sandwich) . Arrange cheese slices on bread and top each one with slightly spicy tomato jam Bubub. Serve on four plates the sandwich with a scattering of baby cos lettuce leaves.
